لا نستطيع لوم شهر الصيام على ما حدث من خطأ في قرائتنا لخبر إعلان عقيلة صالح بالنفير العام وتعيين الناظوري حاكمآ عسكريآ على منطقة كبيرة تبدء من درنه وتنتهي عند بن جواد حيث كتبنا ساعتها وبالإنجليزية أن المنطقة تمتد إلى راس جدير حيث إلتسبت الأماكن علينا
ومهما حدث من خطأ من تسمية منطقة دون أخرى، لا يفسد لب الموضوع الذي تناولناه باللغة الإنجليزية، وهو أن عقيلة صالح أثبت أنه لا يعترف بالإتفاق السياسي الليبي ولا يزال يرى في نفسه القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة الليبية، حيث ينص الإتفاق السياسي على أن القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة الليبية تكون من إختصاص المجلس الرئاسي، أي أن عقيلة ليس له أي سلطات عسكرية حسب الإتفاق السياسي الذي يفترض أنه إعترف به وليس له الحق تعيين أي حاكم عسكري. ناهيك عن أنه ليس هناك مبرر لإعلان حالة النفير خصوصآ أنها شملت مناطق يعتبرها عقيلة صالح أمنة مثل البيضاء التي تجلس فيها الحكومة والمرج التي يتربع فيها خليفة حفتر والناظوري. وبذلك لا يعتبر، حسب ما قام به عقيلة، الإتفاق السياسي جزء من القانون الليبي الذي يجب أن تحترم نصوصه
ما قام به عقيلة صالح من تعيين حاكم عسكري يعتبر نظامآ استثنائيآ وأمرآ خطيرآ سيعيق محاولة ليبيا نهج نظامآ مدنيآ ديمقراطيآ، لأن أول ما يقوم به الحاكم العسكري هو تعطيل القوانين المدنية وفرض سلطته العسكرية ويقرر حالة الطوارئ ومنع التجول والأحكام العرفية الأخرى. وقد يعتبر ما قام به عقيلة صالح هو إعترافه بفشله وفشل حكومته المؤقته في بسط الأمن وإدراكه بأن ليبيا، نتيجة تعطيله شخصيآ للعملية السياسية، قد دخلت أزمة تستدعي إعلان النفير
بعض “الخبراء” يبرر ما قام به عقيلة من إعلان حالة النفير بما حدث في إجدابيا، ولكن التفسير الوحيد من إعلان حالة النفير هو تبرير ما يقوم به خليفة حفتر وعصابته من إقامة سجون غير شرعية وخطف وقتل لأبرياء وتعذيبهم وقطع أصابعهم وخلع أضافرهم من قبل فريق يحملون الجنسية البنقلاديشية التي كانت تعمل في ليبيا وأغريت أو أجبرت على القيام بهذا العمل الوحشي. ولقد أقر وشهد على هذه الجرائم التي رقت إلى مستوى جرائم الحرب وجرائم ضد الإنسانية، والتي إرتكبها حفتر والناظوري ومن معهم، كل من الحجازي وفرج قعيم وأخرين في تصريحات مصورة…الأن حفتر والناظوري أصبحوا أمنين وتغطيهم عباءة الشرعية التي غطاهم بها عقيلة، ولهم “الحق” أن يرتكبوا ما يحبونه من الجرائم وكذلك التخلص من معارضيهم والتعتم على ماقاموا به من جرائم …وأخيرآ لبى عقيلة صالح طلب أولئك من كانوا ينادون بتسليم السلطة إلى العسكر…طيبك عقيلة

The Special Missions Force or Anti-Terror Unit was founded in 2015 as a militia assisting the Ministry of interior. The unit was dissolved by the Interior Minister of Al Thani on 2 June 2016. As a result of his unit being dissolved, Lieutenant Faraj Akim while sitting at the office of the Defense Minister of the Government of GNA gave this interview:
Our translation:
“We ask the military general prosecutor to come to us we have now physical liquidation cases we are looking at these cases at the right moment. We will release these cases to the media we know who kills and throw (corpses) in the dumpster. There are no Dawaish in Benghazi the Dawaish are the fighting points they are in Al Guarsha and Al Sabri. But those who arrest and put (people) underground for seven months we know who he is. And we know who kills in the name of the army and we have concrete evidence. But know we do not want create fights in Cyrenaica. If we release this to the channels (media) this will blow it from East to West. The issue is in our hands. The general prosecutor knows. The general attorney knows but the case cannot be released to the media because there will be fights in Cyrenaica. It is a big case there are innocent people who died and found in the trash until now we did not oppose (he could mean Heftar). Major Mohamed Al Hijazi, Former Official spokesman for the Operation Karama (until 2016): VIDEO He alleges corruption of Mr. Heftar, his sons and tribesmen: destruction of homes, money laundering and theft of the military budget. He also alleges that they bought property in Egypt, Jordan and Tunis. Major Al Hijazi:
“Unfortunately with all the bitterness and heartbreak, Khalifa Belgasem Hafter and his corrupted (and encouraging corruption) entourage has helped him deviate from the right track. They have entered that tunnel of adoration for power and money despite the advice, guidance and direction to the right path. “If you call someone alive he will hear you but there is no life in the ones you calling.”
We want to mention the heads of the Mafia and the entourage and corruption that burned crops and cattle (refereeing to destruction) and caused this social and tribal fragmentation even to the family. They are the so-called Saddam Khalifa Belgasem Hafter and the so-called Khaled Khalifa Belgasem Hafter and the so-called Ayoub Al Ferjany and the so-called Mohammed Albuayshi Al Ferjany and the so-called Aoun Ferjany.
The great disaster is that they did not respect and did not observe. Unfortunately, all the noble tribes and their children that backed them and backed its armed forces sacrificed its most precious thing.
